These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Garmezy Glass, LLC website and your purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Information

This website is operated by Garmezy Glass, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, "you" refers to the user or customer.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

We offer ready-to-ship items, made-to-order items, and custom commissions.

Ready-to-ship and made-to-order items may be canceled prior to shipping for a full refund. Custom commissions require a non-refundable deposit and have specific payment and cancellation terms outlined in a separate commission agreement. By placing a custom order, you agree to be bound by the terms of that agreement.

3. Shipping Policy

Typical Processing Times (subject to change)

• Ready-to-ship items: up to 2 weeks

• Made-to-order items: up to 6 weeks

• Custom commissions: typically 2–6 months or more depending on the complexity of the piece

Shipping & International Orders

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Import taxes and duties may apply and are also the customer’s responsibility. The shipping costs of Custom Commissions are calculated after the work is complete, prior to shipping, and are due prior to shipping.

Lost Shipments

• If a shipment is lost in transit and there is no delivery confirmation, we will reship the order at no charge.

• If delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the customer assumes responsibility.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured by us.

• If damage or loss occurs, we will file the insurance claim and coordinate the repair or replacement of the work.

• The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the damaged work and packaging.

• All packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved.

• If the item needs to be returned, we will cover return shipping.

International Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, but we do not ship to countries subject to trade embargoes or sanctions.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any additional charges.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays.

Certain items may be restricted or prohibited from shipment to some countries due to legal or carrier regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the destination country.

Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer, and customs fees may apply on returned items.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and products on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Garmezy Glass, LLC. They may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that item.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

8. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product listings are accurate. However, colors and shapes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our work. Each work is made individually and may not exactly match reference images or prior work.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our website may include tools or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, functionality, or reliability of third-party websites or tools and are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from their use.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
