The Commission Process
1. Explore & Envision
Browse our portfolio to view the style of work that we create. Discover the textures, forms, and palettes that resonate with your taste and space, and consider how our style fits into your vision.
2. Connect & Collaborate
Share the details of your idea through the commission request form. Optionally, you may include reference images, site photos, mood boards, or architectural plans to help convey your vision. Once received, our team will respond with an estimate or follow up questions.
3. Contract & Deposit
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll provide a detailed commission agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and cost of your project. A 50% deposit confirms your place in our production schedule and allows us to begin preparing for your piece.
4. Creation
We will begin ordering materials and bring your custom sculpture to life in the studio. This process can take a few weeks to months or longer, depending on the complexity of your sculpture and our current studio schedule.
5. Final Invoice & Delivery
When your sculpture is complete, we will send a final invoice including any applicable shipping or delivery costs. Each piece is packed with museum-level care, with custom foam, double-boxing, or wooden crating as needed. Local delivery or on-site installation by our team may also be arranged.
6. Install & Admire
Once installed, we invite you to share images of your sculpture in its new home. Each piece becomes part of the Garmezy Glass story.
