RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with Garmezy Glass, LLC. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policies below.

1. Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order Items

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable: Items that arrive damaged due to improper return packaging or are returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

2. Custom Commissions

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the unique and handmade nature of custom commissions, these items are non-refundable once the creation process has begun.

  • Custom Commission Contract: Custom commissions require a separate commission agreement. This agreement outlines specific payment, cancellation, shipping, and customs terms. By placing a custom order, you agree to be bound by the terms of that agreement.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your custom piece, please contact us. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory solution.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Insurance Coverage: All shipments are insured by Garmezy Glass, LLC. In the event of loss or damage, we will handle the insurance claim and work directly with the carrier or insurance provider to repair or replace the artwork. Customers agree to provide any necessary documentation, including photos, to assist with the claim process.

  • Damage Claims: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging, including any visible damage to the box. You must retain the damaged item and all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. If requested, you may be required to return the item and packaging to us. In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost in transit and no delivery confirmation is available, we will reship the order at no additional charge. However, if the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, the customer assumes responsibility.

4. International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders. Customs fees may apply on returned items. Please check with your local customs office before returning an item.
